Boston Partners share class change

On May 16, 2019, the Boston Partners Large Cap Value Equity Fund Class A Fund Units will be exchanged to the Class C Fund Units. The only substantial difference between Class A and Class C is that expenses are applied to Class C shares at 50 basis points (.50%), instead of the 65 basis points (.65%) charged on Class A shares.

If you currently are invested in this option, this change will appear as an exchange on your statement. Although the exchange will not change the value of your investment, it will result in a different number of shares and price per share.
