The security of online account access has been upgraded.

The Plan has added multi-factor authentication protocols (MFA) when accessing your account via the Plan Web site, These protocols add a layered defense shield by tracking data such as your physical location, device, or network so an unauthorized person cannot access information associated to you.  

The first time you log in after MFA protocols have been implemented, you will be asked to confirm or update your account recovery email address, enter a mobile phone number (optional) and asked whether or not you want to register your device (e.g., desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, etc.). This enhanced method of authentication may require a verification code that you will need to enter prior to accessing your account.  You can choose to receive the verification code either via text or to the account recovery email address you have on file. After you've registered your device, should you enter the Web site from another device, browser, state/country or reset your password, you will be asked to confirm your access via a text message or email. You will be able to register up to 10 devices to access your account.
