On Thursday, July 3 the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") will close at 1 p.m. ET and the HELPLINE will close at 1:30 p.m. ET in observance of the Independence Day holiday. The NYSE and HELPLINE will remain closed on Friday, July 4 and will reopen on Monday, July 7. Transactions received after closing on Thursday, July 3 will be effective with trades processed on Monday, July 7 using that day’s closing prices.
